We all feel stressed about something from one time to another, but luckily there are plenty of ways to handle and relieve stress in our daily lives. Here’s how:

  1. Determine the cause. Whether it be a troubled relationship, too many tasks to accomplish at once, or a tough new life decision, it’s important to find the cause. Write down your feelings, talk it out, or list out the recent events in your life to determine what is reallllyyy stressing you out.

2. Organize. Make a to-do list for the next day, week, or even month to feel more organized. Clean your room.               Change your work area. Re-arrange things in your everyday life to feel better and understand where and when           things should be done.

3. SLEEP! You need your rest, and in this time of stress, it’s necessary to make sure you’re well rested before                   trying to face anything new.

4. Relaaxx. Try deep breathing techniques or meditation when needed so you have a calm mind and body. It will             help you make better decisions and become more peaceful.

5. Put you first. Learn to say no and focus on your priorities and work until it gets finished. Building up tasks until           a certain time will have you folding down in worry and stress when it’s time to face them.

6. Check your health. Improve your diet or exercise to help your body, which in turn helps the mind.
