- Wake Up!
- Hydrate/Drink Water
- Stretch
- Make My Bed
- Morning Excercise
- Usually a light workout…There’s no sweating and it’s easy to do.
- Brush Teeth
- Skin Care Routine
- Hair Routine (Spraying + Conditioning Hair)
- Eat Breakfast
- Get Dressed
- Put on Makeup (optional)
- That’s All
That’s my morning routine! It may seem long but it gets me ready for the day <3.
